Giving Back to our community
Pace provides land and volunteers to help feed lower income families

Rochester, Minn. – Giving Back – The Pace Garden

Pace partnered with Channel One Food Bank of Rochester, MN to provide locally grown produce for low-income families. Pace has converted part of a two acre lot next to the corporate offices into a garden and donates the produce grown to a local food shelf. Employees volunteer their break times (and other specially alloted times ) to help in the garden. Though it is for the greater good, it has become a great team building activity as well.

Giving back to the community is important to Pace, and this is a great opportunity to help those in need. The time spent in the garden gives our team the opportunity to get outside of their normal daily routine and donate to an important cause. Now for the second consecutive year, the harvest from the garden has been donated to a local Food Shelf, Channel One Food Bank.
